This arrangement is absolutely phenomenally beautiful! Mack Wilberg is a genius. The harmonies are gorgeous, and not your run of the mill choral stuff! The whole piece together is brilliant! You need sopranos who can comfortably sing a high A to pull this off, or another voice you can assign a few measures to.

If your soprano s can pop up to a high C at the end, all the better though there is an alternate ending if they can't! This is the best arrangement of this classic hymn that I have heard. Well done Mack Wilberg. This music is very spiritually moving - brings tears every time I hear it and even more so when I sing it. I would recommend it for any good choir. I heard a recording of this piece and had to have it.

I was not disappointed in the arrangement. It is moving and lovely.
