Heroglyph 4. Having set up the look of the title I would normally copy it and edit and use save as. This seems very difficult to avoid it altering the last title even with a Heroglyph project save as.

Crash points usually Heroglyph renderer. No video background is seen in the edit window Too much text on the line. Aorus GTXTi. Find More Posts by createmedia. In order to see the background video you will need to use a quick start wizard. I have yet to see a background when making a title direct to the timeline. Here is what it looks like with a wizard: Heroglyph on the Desktop.

I have Titler Pro 3, Heroglyph 4, and Vistitle 2. I use Vistitle for all of my projects. Of the 3 programs, it is the most efficient within Edius. It sticks to the Edius SDK and you can tell it. Firstly it seems stable on an Edius 7 project it's one that came in from Edius 6. Secondly after using quick start lower thirds as Jerry suggests, the main edit window opens and the workspace window starts screen left and after about 2 seconds the workspace window hops to the middle, after that its safe to begin Thirdly I don't get any video background at all just chequerboard or grey in the HG working window.

QuickTitler in comparison is fine. I do of course get the image on the output monitor whilst editing in HG with a short pause after changing something. Fourthly allow it to save automatically, then re-open and do a save as, it doesn't alter the clip name on the timeline until you next re-open Edius.

Yes I have Vistitle but not on all 4 set ups. With Heroglyph 4. Originally Posted by createmedia. Yes I did watch the tutorial thanks Jerry. The last part does not show the clip underneath whilst in HG, the BG is a chequerboard.

I tested Heroglyph as mentioned in this thread and it works fine here on 2 systems. When designing titles in Heroglyph you will see the combine output in the Rec monitor.
